Reservations are a necessity for lunch or dinner in this beautiful half-timbered 17th-century farmhouse with stunning views of the Orangerie Park. At the table, inventive, modern, generous cuisine meets the specifications of a great house. If you are an Epicurean looking for unusual flavours, be prepared for pleasant surprises. Though the menu does not hide its local roots, they have been modernised with aplomb. The selection of gourmet menus all contribute, without exception, to a singular taste experience. Among the temptations: shredded crab with lime, quinoa and crisp vegetables, sand dab with morel mushroom stuffing, green asparagus and fresh broad beans and even some venison. Keep some room for the unforgettable grapefruit soufflé, with Campari granite and grapefruit sorbet. Impeccable, attentive service complements a wine list that navigates with intelligence between national and local Grands Crus, as well as lesser-known greats.
