Air France offers specific services to help you organize a group travel. A "group" is composed of at least 10 people who travel together on the same flight, on the outbound as well as inbound flights.
Dedicated team and services
Air France has a dedicated team to deal with the organization of group travels. Knowing well the specific needs for this kind of travel, the team is at your disposal to offer a personal service and lots of destinations.
Booking a "group"
There are 4 steps:
1. the request: via e-mail indicating the approximate number of passengers, the destination and the dates of travel.

2. our quote: we'll look for a travel with the best price and we'll let you have a detailed quote
3. the contract: you'll receive a proposal with the seats blocked on the dates you requested.
The reservation will be confirmed only after you send back a signed copy of the contract by the time indicated therein, together with a deposit.
4. tickets: Air France can arrange ticket issuance for non-IATA travel agencies and/or private customers.

An easy procedure
Organizing a group travel is not always a simple thing. The more the travellers, the more specific requests. And unexpected events can be countless…
To help your task, we offer you greater flexibility:

- Reduced times: passengers' names and the balance settlement are due only 30 days before departure!
- Simplified amendments: name changes are free of charge until ticket issuance.
- Specific services: special meals, grouped seat assignement, assistance (i.e. wheelchairs)... let us know your requests up to 30 days before departure (specific requests will need a confirmation)
- All comfort levels: it is possible to book a group travel in the Business/Affaires cabin too.
- Baggage allowance: passengers travelling in a group are entitled the same baggage allowance as individual passengers.
We can assist you in organizing travels requiring oversized baggage (sports equipment, musical instruments...).
